regular season format:
in the regular season, every team will play a total of 5
games.
the 4 teams with the best records will advance to the playoffs.

playoff format: the #1
seed will play the #4 seed and the #2 seed will play the #3
seed. the winners will then face off in the championship game. seeding is determined first by regular season
record, then by the matchup result during the regular season,
and finally by the total points scored.
